Santa Apolonia mountain

This is the hill (non-artificial) that overhangs the entire region. There is an amazing view on hundreds of kilometers away from the top. So, it is a strategic point and it is certainly for this reason Pizarro and the Spanish troops installed there to prepare the attack against the Inca army. On the top of the hill, there are very pleasant gardens, and also pre-Colombian sculptures, among one species are stranding; today we call it the Inca throne. A picture full of history.
